Our architectural intent was to ensure that every living room and bedroom enjoyed panoramic views. This was attained by stepping the sea facing facade in and out along its length to create frame-less angled corners from which the views are framed. The form of the building is minimal, comprising of two separate boxes with tapered ends running parallel with the site boundaries. The house was perched on the forward most edge of the building line to allow the house to effortlessly float above the natural landscape.
